Posting Requirements 

The Rules and Regulations for implementing Executive Order 98-04 and Act 34 of 1999 require that Sections 12 and 13 of the Rules and Regulations be posted in a conspicuous place that is easily accessible to all employees. The Rules and Regulations also require the posting of a sample reporting of benefits form (Employee Disclosure Requirements Form) and a notice that informs employees from whom in the agency they may obtain copies.

The Internal Audit Section has developed a one-page posting notice that contains Sections 12 and 13, along with a sample Employee Disclosure Requirements Form.
