Contact the Clearinghouse for these reasons:
- To answer questions about whether or not a payment has been received in and mailed from the Clearinghouse (for enforcement and payment processing cases)
- If you have a payment processing case and you want to update your contact information
- For custodial parties, if you want to discuss or change the way you receive your payments (for example - direct deposit, ReliaCard)
If you have an open enforcement case, the Clearinghouse does not have any information about your case other than the payment record.
