How Do I See/Print My Pay Check?
You can review/print your pay check (remuneration statement), review your benefit enrollment and leave time by accessing the EZ Arkansas Internet Gateway at http://www.ez.arkansas.gov/.  You must be on the state network to access ESS.  You will need a username/password to login.  See full details on the Employee Self Service (ESS) webpage.

I have access to See/Print My Pay Check, but the screen is not displaying correctly.  What do I do?
The ESS system was upgraded in 2009.  You can view details regarding that upgrade and find troubleshooting techniques by visiting the 2009 Upgrade ESS webpage.  Additional details are available  on the Employee Self Service (ESS) webpage.

How Do I Get Access to AASIS?
In order to get your initial password, you will need your AASIS User ID and personnel number.  If you are in need of this information, please contact your personnel administrator prior to contacting the Help Desk.  Due to security reasons, the Help Desk cannot provide this information.  You can reach the AASIS Help Desk (with your User ID and Personnel Number) at 501-683-2255  (7:30am-4:30pm M-F) for your initial password.  See full details on the Security webpage.

How Do I Reset My Password?
Password resets cannot be handled utilizing the on-line Help Desk Request Form. You must call the help desk at 501-683-2255 (7:30am-4:30pm M-F).   You can see the password rules and learn more by visiting the Security webpage.
