In preparation for the new automated payroll process, time evaluation will now be open from the Monday after the previous payroll has exited through the Sunday after the current pay period ends.
Future time evaluation will now be allowed for each pay period through the end of the pay period (including Sunday for employees who work overnight on Saturday).
IMPORTANT: when future time evaluation runs through the end of the month, leave balances will be updated for accruals before they are actually earned. Leave time should be verified before time sheet entry and approval.
Nightly batch jobs will also run time evaluation through the end of the pay period.
