The new transaction ZHR_TIPS_UPLOAD (Establishment Level Tip Processing Upload) facilitates an automated upload from the Department of Parks and Tourism of the Establishment Level Adjusted Gross Receipts file that is required in order to process payroll for tipped employees. This new process eliminates the need for data-entry by payroll staff in the Department of Finance and Administrations’ Office of Personnel Management (DFA-OPM).
Beginning November 28, 2011, transaction ZHR_TIPS_UPLOAD will run at 12:00 noon for subsequent payroll processing. Therefore, involved personnel with the Department of Parks and Tourism must create the file and place it in the designated folder on the Department of Information Services’ FTP server prior to 12:00 noon.
At the end of December, transaction ZHR_TIPS_UPLOAD will be available to OPM staff with the State Payroll Systems Management role. If you need a manual correction to be run before this transaction is available, please ask the AASIS Service Center to schedule it.
