A new report now allows you to run only one transaction – ZHRITLOCK (Lock Indicator Report) – in order to identify locked records in these four infotypes: 0003 (Payroll Status Record), 2001 (Absences), 2002 (Attendances), and 2010 (Employee Remuneration Info). You may also use it to identify personnel numbers that have a PDC error indicator checked in infotype 0003, pointing to an error in time evaluation.
The ZHRITLOCK report is available on demand to users with state and agency payroll display roles.
