A few seats remain open for the two-day AP Logistics (APLOG) course scheduled to begin on January 31, 2012. APLOG attendees will learn the process for creating invoices to pay for goods or services ordered with an AASIS purchase order, so this course is essential if your agency has recently started (or will soon begin) to use the AASIS purchasing process.
You can register online at www.ez.arkansas.gov. After logging in with your AASIS user ID and password (obtainable from your agency’s personnel representative), click on the Learning tab. When the next page opens, locate the course catalog in the navigation column on the left. You can find the APLOG listing in the finance > accounts payable section.
