Effective immediately, the new transaction Z_GLT_Park (Load GL Transaction Park Only) allows you to use an Excel spreadsheet to upload and park multiple general ledger (GL) documents. This is much easier and faster than the previous practice of performing each GL transaction individually, especially for repetitive processes involving deposits and funds transfers.
When using the Excel spreadsheet template, a few inflexible limitations apply.
· Template columns cannot be added.
· Template columns cannot be deleted, so unneeded columns must be left blank.
· The amount field cannot accept a comma (,) or a negative sign (-).
