Vendor data in the AASIS system has undergone maintenance in order to standardize the data, eliminate duplicate vendors and then to group vendors into new categories that are needed for the Arkansas Financial Transparency Project. Effective immediately, you should begin to use these new vendor numbers. The old numbers will remain active until June 29, giving you time to transition to the new vendors. After June 29th the old numbers will be locked for use.
