It can be difficult to attend training in the summertime, so we want to remind you that we have many classes available online for your convenience. AASIS Overview and Basic Navigation I is described below.
AASIS Overview and Basic Navigation I (AOBN I) is a prerequisite for all other AASIS courses. Users will become familiar with the overall structure of AASIS and discover some of the more common navigation methods used in all areas. This course includes theory and best practices, as well as an opportunity to practice in a realistic environment.
By the end of AOBN I, participants will be able to:
• enter transactions;
• change and maintain a password;
• identify different action icons;
• customize the system for their own needs; and
• discuss how transactions done in one module may affect another.
Reminder: You must have completed AASIS Overview and Basic Navigation I (AOBN I) within the past three years before you will be allowed to register in another course. Employees must then complete the certification process before taking any other AASIS courses.
