The State Agency Compliance Guide for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) specifies that all documents, announcements, and agency web sites regarding ARRA programs and projects shall have the federal recovery logo and the state recovery logo affixed.
The purpose of placing these logos is to provide the ability to identify quickly ARRA programs throughout state government.
The AASIS purchase order and outline agreement documents have been enhanced to print the ARRA logos at the top of the page when the value ARRA is entered in the Your Reference field in the header section of transactions ME21N (Create Purchase Order) and ME31K (Create Outline Agreement).
