In compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, overtime calculations in AASIS now include differential pay. Pay results for employees receiving overtime pay currently reflect separate lines for each week of the pay period, including the hours worked and the amount paid per week.
The new wage type 120P (OT Premium Pay) represents the overtime pay for each week.
Time entry for overtime pay is unchanged, so entry of attendance type OT15 for overtime remains the method for recording overtime to be paid.
