The AASIS Finance module contains the collective accounting records and, where applicable, budgetary controls, associated with eight (8) business functions, also referred to as sub-modules.
State personnel use master data, along with agency specific transactional data, to post relevant accounting information on a daily basis. These entries, in turn, play a significant role in the creation of the State’s Comprehensive Financial Annual Reports (CAFR) created by the Office of Accounting each year.
You may consider taking the AASIS Overview and Basic Navigation (AOBN) course to familiarize yourself with AASIS or, navigate to a Finance sub-module area.
