Description	Specialty motorcycle license plate for U.S. Armed Forces member, or surviving spouse, awarded the Purple Heart Medal.
Eligibility	Issued to an Arkansas resident who has been awarded the purple Heart medal while serving in the U.S. Armed forces, or a resident who is the unmarried surviving spouse of a Purple Heart recipient.
Requirements	Certification by the U.S. Department of Defense of the award of the "Purple Heart". Surviving spouses who are not joint owners of the vehicle must present a marriage license and death certificate.
