Description	Specialty license plate for search and rescue team member vehicles.
Eligibility	Issued for a vehicle owned by a member of a search and rescue team. Limited to one (1) plate per applicant.
Requirements	Certification form signed and dated by the president or vice president of the search and rescue team of which the applicant is a member. Signature must be dated within ninety (90) days preceding application to first obtain the license plate and within ninety (90) days preceding renewal of the license plate.
