Human Resources

This Section provides human resource services to the Department, including: policy, recruitment, personnel records maintenance, new employee orientation, grievance facilitation, management/employee consultation, employee wage payments and direct deposits, management of employee tax withholdings and miscellaneous deductions (to include the state health and life insurance premiums), timekeeper training, leave accounting technical assistance, leave records, job audits and employment verifications.
