  The State Board of Finance intends to adopt Rule 2018-1, titled “Arkansas State Treasury Investment Policy”. The rule outlines restrictions upon the State Treasury's investments. Rule 2018-2, titled, “State Treasury Money Management Trust Policy and Procedures Manual.” The rule changes the limit for short-term commercial paper from seven to eight days.
