Diversity and Inclusion Internship Program
The DFA Diversity and Inclusion Internship Program began in the fall of 2020 and is now on its second session. Interns participating in the program have an opportunity to work at participating divisions while receiving mentoring and training in their specialty area. Amy Valentine, HR Manager, Courtney Brown, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, and Karen Hultqvist, Tax Auditor Supervisor, spearhead this effort and recruit potential candidates from historically black colleges and universities to participate in the twelve week program. To date, eleven individuals have participated in the program.
