Franchise Tax Forms
Prior registration with the Secretary of State is required before filing your franchise tax return. As a result, the returns will not be available to download. All businesses on record who have a franchise tax filing requirement with a corresponding Secretary of State filing number will be mailed a paper copy or an electronic version will be made available for ATAP users on or before March 1st.
