Persons with Disabilities Motorcycle License Plate
Issued to any Arkansas resident with a disability as determined by a licensed physician.
Persons With Disabilities Placard
Permanent certificate (placard) for the permanently disabled, which expires four (4) years from the last day of the month in which it is issued. A re-certification is not required to issue a new permanent certificate for the purposes of renewal. Temporary certificate (placard) which expires three (3) months from the last day of the month in which it is issued. A person certified as temporarily disabled may receive no more than two (2) temporary placards, which must have the same expiration date. Under no circumstances can a person certified with a temporary disability receive a permanent placard.
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity License Plate
The applicant must be a member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity.
Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Arkansas
Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Arkansas License Plate.
Professional Fire Fighter License Plate
Issued to vehicles owned by members of the Arkansas Professional Fire Fighters Association.
Purple Heart - Combat Wounded License Plate
Issued to an Arkansas resident who has been awarded the Purple Heart Medal while serving in the U.S. Armed forces. One (1) plate issued to the eligible Arkansas resident may be reissued to his or her surviving spouse at the regular registration fee for the vehicle.
Purple Heart Motorcycle License Plate
Issued to an Arkansas resident who has been awarded the purple Heart medal while serving in the U.S. Armed forces, or a resident who is the unmarried surviving spouse of a Purple Heart recipient.
Quail Forever
Any motor vehicle owner may apply for a Quail Forever license plate.
Realtor License Plate
Issuance is restricted to passenger cars, all ½ ton and ¾ ton trucks, and 1 ton trucks used for private transportation only. One (1) ton trucks used for commercial purposes must be registered with a commercial license by gross loaded weight.
School Vehicle License Plate
Issued to vehicles owned by public schools and vehicles loaned to public schools by new car dealers.
