  To customers of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) located in Helena-West Helena:

  Due to a burst pipe, Helena-West Helena OCSE is temporarily closed. We will reopen as soon as possible. Please be assured, our staff continue to serve our customers while working in another location.

  For general information about your case or to send a message to your caseworker, visit our customer service portal at www.childsupport.arkansas.gov and click the OCSE MyCase button.

  Phones are forwarded to the Forrest City office until the office can reopen. If it becomes necessary for a customer to visit the office in person, please call the Helena-West Helena phone number (870-572-3545) to ensure the office has reopened.
