  Naturally Slim Program Returns

  *** Naturally Slim enrollment opens Monday, April 22. Eligible members can apply at www.naturallyslim.com/ARBenefits ***

  ARBenefits is once again offering members the chance to participate -- at no cost -- in the Naturally Slim program!

  Naturally Slim is an online program that teaches participants how to eat the foods they love and still lose weight. Studies show weight loss reduces the chance of developing serious conditions, like diabetes and heart disease.

  During the March 26, 2019 meeting, the State and Public School Life and Health Insurance Board approved making the Naturally Slim program a standard benefit available to covered employees, spouses, dependents (18+) and non-Medicare retirees. Medicare Primary retirees are currently not eligible to participate.

  The next Naturally Slim class is scheduled to begin Monday, May 20, 2019. Enrollment for the program will be open April 22 – May 3. Eligible members can go to www.naturallyslim.com/ARBenefits to apply. Space is limited and, members will need their ARBenefits information when they apply.
