  Subject: Hurricane Laura –Temporary Office Closures
  
  Due to the impact of Hurricane Laura and resulting power outages, several OCSE Offices in the path of the storm may be temporarily closed. Offices will reopen as soon as possible.
  
  Customers can find answers to many questions, as well as electronically communicate with their caseworker, through OCSE MyCase customer service portal. Click on the MyCase icon on the OCSE homepage. For payment status call the Automated Voice Response line at 1-800-264-2445, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
