  To customers of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) located in Monticello: 

  In order to better serve our customers, the office is currently undergoing construction to improve the lobby. Construction is expected to be complete mid-October. While the lobby will intermittently be closed due to construction, please be assured our employees are working during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Customers may contact Monticello OCSE in the following ways:

  • By OCSE MyCase to message your caseworker, check payment or balance status, and to update your contact information. If you don’t have a MyCase account, go to www.childsupport.arkansas.gov and click the OCSE MyCase button, and then click the “Create an Account” button.  It’s easy and available 24/7.
