  After being closed yesterday for potential damage to the building from last week’s winter storm, the El Dorado office is open today and fully functional.

  Little Rock OCSE will continue to be closed due to damage to the building from a broken water main. Phones continue to be answered by a limited number of staff working from a remote location. We will post an update once we know when the office will reopen. Please be patient with our staff as we work to assist customers as quickly as possible. Customers may log into the customer service portal OCSE MyCase to check the status of payments, for secure messaging with OCSE staff, and to see the general status of your case.
