  The telephone system in the OCSE Pocahontas office is down. We are working on a solution but there is no timetable yet of restoration of phone service.  For immediate assistance, customers may call the Jonesboro office at 870-972-5510.

  Customers may also communicate with their caseworker through the customer service portal MyCase. If you do not have a MyCase account, go to www.ark.org/mycase to register for an account. Or customers may send an email to support.pocahontas@ocse.arkansas.gov.
