As required by Act 435 of 2021, DFA recently notified Arkansas’ cities and counties of an adjustment to the purchasing threshold.
The percentage increase is determined based on the Consumer Price Index for a five-year period.
Effective January 1, 2025, the threshold is $42,921.It was previously $35,000. Find additional details here.
