  • There are no permits revoked currently.

Contraband Tobacco Enforcement – an Arkansas Tobacco Control priority

Individuals caught buying, selling or transporting contraband tobacco could face criminal charges. Act 939 of the Regular Session of the 87th General Assembly of Arkansas establishes a forfeiture procedure for contraband tobacco. Any property, including money, used to buy, sell, or transport contraband tobacco may be seized and forfeited to the state. Consider these costs before buying, selling or transporting illegal tobacco.
