Contact the Clearinghouse for these reasons:
- To answer questions about whether or not a payment has been received in and mailed from the Clearinghouse (for enforcement and payment processing cases)
- If you have a payment processing case and you want to update your contact information
- For custodial parties, if you want to discuss or change the way you receive your payments (for example – direct deposit, ReliaCard)
If you have an open enforcement case, the Clearinghouse does not have any information about your case other than the payment record.
In order to protect your privacy, email communications will be limited to general responses. For detailed information, please call or email the Clearinghouse.
