Revenue Operations & Administration

This office is responsible for the operational, administrative and financial functions of the Revenue Division, including managing all of the revenues and fees collected by the Revenue Division. This office deposits revenues and fees daily to the State Treasurer. The amount of revenues and fees managed by this office exceeds $8,000,000,000 annually. The office maintains a number of bank accounts for various purposes, and the amounts held in these accounts vary. The office is responsible for ensuring that proper collateral is maintained for any amounts on deposit for the Department of Finance and Administration. The office is also responsible for Revenue Division accounts payable, reconciling State Revenue Office bank accounts, internal audit of revenue offices, remittance processing, incoming and outgoing mail, central supply, maintaining pool vehicles, reporting for all Revenue Division vehicles, and building and grounds maintenance.
