The Arkansas Tax Advisory Council (TAC) is a standing advisory body within the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), Revenue Division. It brings together representatives of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Office of Problems Resolution, other taxpayer-oriented groups, and officials of the Revenue Division. The Council meets annually to discuss tax-law changes, compliance problems, and related matters — serving as a bridge between the tax practitioner community and the Department.
