The Tax Credits/Special Refunds section administers various special refunds, tax credit programs, and economic development incentive programs to ensure compliance with the provisions of Arkansas code. This tax section coordinates certification and approval procedures with federal, state and county agencies including, but not limited to the Arkansas Economic Department Development Commission, Arkansas Office of Skills Development, U.S. Department of Labor, Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism, Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment, and county collectors.
