Description: Specialty license plate for Congressional Medal of Honor recipients.
Eligibility: Issued to Congressional Medal of Honor Recipients. One (1) plate issued to the eligible veteran may be reissued to his or her surviving spouse for a $4.00 registration fee for the vehicle.
Requirements: Certification letter from the Arkansas State Department of Veterans Affairs of having been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
