Description:
Issued to any Arkansas resident who is an active member in the Reserve of the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard.
Eligibility:
Must be Arkansas resident, active in the Reserve of the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard.
Requirements:
An affidavit from the commanding officer of the reserve unit certifying membership of the applicants active status.
