Only issued for "For Hire Taxi Cabs" operating in adjoining cities separated by state lines, such as Texarkana.
Requirements:
Proof of liability insurance filed with the department in any one of the following forms: (1) Certificate of liability insurance for an insurance company licensed to do business in Arkansas. (2) Certificate of self insurance issued by the Financial Responsibility Section. $50,000 bond in a form approved by the Commissioner.
