Fire Fighter License Plate (Active)

Description: Special license plates for active fire fighters.

Eligibility: Issued to vehicles owned by certified fire fighters.

Requirements: Certification form completed by the Arkansas Office of Fire Services. The Chief's signature on the certification form must be dated within ninety (90) days preceding application to obtain the plate.

Issuance: Specialty License Plate Office

Replacement: Specialty License Plate Office

Transfers: Arkansas Revenue Office

Additional Plate Fee: $10.00 (Initial Issuance Only) $5.00 (Issuance and renewal)

Additional Information: The additional $5.00 fee collected at issuance and renewal is deposited in the Fallen Firefightersâ€™ Memorial Fund.
