Search and Rescue License Plate

Description: Specialty license plate for search and rescue team member vehicles.
Eligibility: Issued for a vehicle owned by a member of a search and rescue team. Limited to one (1) plate per applicant.
Requirements: Certification form signed and dated by the president or vice president of the search and rescue team of which the applicant is a member. Signature must be dated within ninety (90) days preceding application to first obtain the license plate and within ninety (90) days preceding renewal of the license plate.

Additional Information: $35.00 plate fee is one time charge, not annually assessed. The requirement to present a copy of the certification form prevents renewal by phone and Internet.
