Requirements: Proof of liability insurance filed with the department in any one of the following forms: 1) Certificate of liability insurance for an insurance company licensed to do business in Arkansas. 2) Certificate of self insurance issued by the Financial Responsibility Section.  3) $50,000 bond in a form approved by the Commissioner.
