Description: Specialty motorcycle license plate issued to Qualifying Veterans of Foreign Wars and Auxiliary Members
Eligibility: For initial issuance copy of membership card for Veterans of Foreign Wars and DD214 or other document evidencing their service in a theatre of operations of a war/conflict
Requirements: Complete the Request For Veterans of Foreign Wars Special License Plate Form

Additional Information: Each Veteran and/or Auxiliary Member is limited to only one Veterans of Foreign Wars Motorcycle license plate.
