Eligibility: Issued to any Arkansas resident who is a veteran of World War II.
Requirements: A copy of form # DD214 reflecting service during World War II.

Additional Information: Each veteran is limited to only one (1) World War II Veteran license plate at the $4.00 fee. Eligible applicant may receive one (1) additional plate at regular Registration Fees.
