Fiscal Accounting
The Fiscal Accounting Section is responsible for all accounting functions for the Department of Finance and Administration, disburses grant funds and contributions on behalf of the State to various entities and organizations, disburses disaster assistance funds as directed by the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management and Department of Human Services, operates the Fire Protection Services Program, and manages the State Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Compensation Funds.
