The Arkansas Motor Fuel Tax section administers the interpretation, collection, and enforcement of the Arkansas Motor Fuel tax laws. These laws cover gasoline, distillate fuels, LP gas, natural gas, and the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) for the Motor Carrier industry.
