Leadership Training & Recruitment
The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) is committed to implementing strategies and programs that enhance equal employment opportunities, facilitate leadership development, and improve employee retention and professional skills. DFA has established a program leadership team representing a cross-section of the department. The team meets bi-monthly to collaborate on department leadership training and recruitment efforts.
