Revenue Office appointments available across the state of Arkansas
More than 112,000 appointments have been scheduled since March
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (September 11, 2025) – The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) is reminding Arkansans waiting at the local Revenue Office is no longer required. DFA announced an online system in March that allows Arkansans to make an appointment for Revenue Office services. More than 112,000 appointments have bene scheduled since the March launch.
By visiting Schedule or Find an Appointment – Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Arkansans can set a date and time to visit the Revenue Office for any service, from registering a vehicle to renewing a driver’s license. A Revenue Office employee will be ready to assist the customer at that time, eliminating any wait time.
Walking in will remain an option across all offices as an appointment is not a requirement.
“The appointment system empowers Arkansans, allowing them to choose the time frame in which they will be served,” said DFA Secretary Jim Hudson. “Customers walk into the office knowing DFA is prepared to complete their specific transaction. I encourage those who have not utilized the appointment option to give it a try. It is one more way we are committed to providing a great experience.”
DFA launched a test of the system in December 2024 at several offices around the state. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with more than 7,000 appointments booked in the test phase.
