Eligibility: For issuance of a Arkansas State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police plate, the application must present required form signed by authorized representative of Arkansas State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police verifying eligibility.  The applicant must be at least joint owner of joint lessee of vehicle.
