Description: Issued to any Arkansas resident who is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
Eligibility: Issued to any Arkansas resident who is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
Requirements: A copy of form # DD214 reflecting service during Persian Gulf War.

Additional Information: Each veteran is limited to only one (1) Persian Gulf War Veteran license plate at the $4.00 fee. Eligible applicant may receive one (1) additional plate at regular Registration Fees.
