Purple Heart Motorcycle License Plate

Description: Specialty motorcycle license plate for U.S. Armed Forces member, or surviving spouse, awarded the Purple Heart Medal.
Eligibility: Issued to an Arkansas resident who has been awarded the purple Heart medal while serving in the U.S. Armed forces, or a resident who is the unmarried surviving spouse of a Purple Heart recipient.
Requirements: Certification by the U.S. Department of Defense of the award of the "Purple Heart". Surviving spouses who are not joint owners of the vehicle must present a marriage license and death certificate.
