Taxpayers desiring a tax clearance or certificate of tax standing should request an authorization for release of tax information form from the Office of Excise Tax Administration by calling 501-682-7924 or download the form by clicking on the download button at the bottom of this page. There is no fee for issuance of the tax clearance or certificate of tax standing.
The issuance of a tax clearance or certificate of tax standing is a wise procedure for prospective purchasers of business entities located within the State of Arkansas.
