Tax Credits/Special Refunds
The Tax Credits/Special Refunds section administers various special refunds, tax credit programs, and economic development incentive programs by insuring compliance of the provisions of each law. This tax section coordinates certification and approval procedures with various federal, state and county agencies including, but not limited to: the Arkansas Department of Economic Development, Department of Workforce Education, U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, Arkansas Soil and Water Commission, Department of Parks and Tourism, Department of Environmental Quality, and county collectors.
