Refund Policy Update

We partner with a third party that retains the fees for processing electronic payments. You will receive a refund only for the statutory amount DFA collected (for example, the cost of your license renewal). Your payment processing fee will not be refunded, and that money stays with our payment processor - it does not go to DFA.
